12-August-2009 - Finished Chapter 3 finally -- at least the first draft of it. Completed now are the introduction and chapters 1-4. I also added an additional chapter entitled "Oil-Free Radicals" about the role of EV Activists I've had the privilege of knowing from Alexandra Paul to Dave Raboy to Chelsa Sexton to Chris Paine to Doug Korthof.
I've got to stop adding chapters. I've gone the from the initial 12 to now 15. Also just added today audio interview segment with James Hogarth, the godfather of the Solectric Sunrise.
19-July-2009 - Am completing work on book's web site. After reading relevant portions of "The Car That Could" by Bob Schnayerson, I have a better sense of how to wrap up Chapter 3, which I hope to do within the next week or so. Still need to talk to Alec Brooks and Tom Gage, and reinterview Wally Rippel on sequence of events leading up to formation of AC Propulsion, which becomes the "evolutionary branch" that will lead to the t-Zero and ultimately to the Tesla Roadster and the EV's it inspired.
